Frequently Asked Questions
A: Our minimum requirements are:
– Applications from anyone 18 years of age or older
– 650 FICO/Credit Score per applicant
– Combined household income at 2.5 times the rent amount
– No evictions, active bankruptcies, or co-signers accepted
– Positive rental history
A: Monthly deposits are made by the 10th of every month, and may take up to 7 business days to process. Unless the 10th falls on a weekend or Holiday, it is processed on the following business day. We allow Tenants a 3-day grace period to pay rent, which allows funds to clear timely.
A: Owners will receive a monthly statement following their ACH rental funds deposit on or around the 10th of the month. Should you not receive an emailed statement, Owners will have online access to their accounts via an Owner portal. Monthly statements will reflect income and expenses.
A: We are available 24/7 to Tenants in the event of a maintenance emergency. Should Owners require to reach us after hours, we ask for a scheduled appointment.
A: We have thoroughly vetted vendors of licensed and insured contractors, and have an established rapport with them who offer us discounted rates to pass on to you!
A: We are well versed in Property Management and regularly educate ourselves with all laws, Federal and State level – we will always have your best interest in everything we do. Our main qualities are being dependable, ethical, prudent, and dedicated in our work, with a money saving, ROI (return on investment) mindset.
