We Reach Out
We'll reach out to the referral, discuss our services, and finalize the agreement.
We Pay You
View our fee structure below.
– We offer 25% of our leasing fee for each full-service managed property that is vacant.
– We offer 15% of our leasing fee for each tenant placement property.
– We offer $350 for each property referred that is Tenant occupied. Paid within 30 days of a signed PMA.
Fees paid to Broker. Applies to homeowner referrals only.
Loyalty Both Ways
Here at NXT LVL PM we don't sell properties - we manage them! Our specialty is long-term annual rentals, so we will leave the Real Estate Sales to you! Relationships are important to us, we will provide you a signed Non-compete Agreement to show our loyalty.
