Our Story
Jessica Santos, a.k.a. The Boss ~ Broker-Owner
With her father being a successful General Contractor, her mother being a successful Real Estate Agent/Entrepreneur, Jessica has spent most of her life serving others. Outside of their “professional” careers, Jessica’s parents have owned, managed, and operated dozens of their own rental properties which has built a strong foundation for Jessica to build off of. Jessica has 12 years of professional experience in Residential Property Management and spent 4 of those 12 years working with a successful Real Estate Attorney & Broker, shout out to Bob. Jessica will not rest until the job is done correctly. She is an excellent advocate and will always work in the best interest of others.
Tim Santos, a.k.a. Tim ~ Owner
With both his parents being Marine Corps Veterans, Tim grew up learning what it truly means to “serve” others. Tim has over 17 years customer service & management experience with the past 13 years serving his community as an Emergency Medical Technician, saving countless lives. If you want someone on your team that refuses to give up, he’s the one you want. If he doesn’t know how to do something, he will not rest until he learns.
